Belmont Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located in Madison, WI. Baystate was hired to fully renovate and demolish a majority of the facility’s existing public space. The $3 million project consisted of asbestos removal and numerous aesthetic upgrades including new flooring, windows, millwork, and custom lighting. Baystate also added new plumbing and updated all electrical fixtures, along with replacement of the facility’s pre-existing HVAC system. In order to ensure a successful project from start to completion, Baystate established an open line of communication with the center’s staff and management team to ensure the entire renovation ran smoothly and eliminated all possibilities of disturbing resident’s or interrupting daily operations.
